The staff at the front desk was not always clear in their communication and was condescending when asked about breakfast inclusion. Some amenities were lacking, such as the absence of bath tubs in most rooms and flat pillows that required stacking for comfort.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here and I will be back. My stay was great during this vacation. All the staff was nice and courteous, solved my issues. Had queen room with a king sized bed and wake-up service was available in it. The location was great there, in the Stony Brook area.
